About This Event
A Taste of Homecoming is an intimate five-course culinary experience at Bookland Gardens by Chef Hollis Barclay. The published menu reinterprets familiar Guyanese ingredients and dishes such as cassava, smoked herring, wiri wiri pepper, callaloo, oxtail, pepperpot, plait bread, cassareep, tamarind and Guyanese black cake. Admission includes the dinner and a signed copy of From Coal Pot to Corporate CEO — Diamond Jubilee Edition.
