How long will my order take?

Most orders take 2–3 business days to prepare before shipping. Estimated shipping time after fulfillment is 5–7 business days in the United States, 6–8 business days in Europe, 2–14 business days in Australia, 4–8 business days in Japan and 7–14 business days for other international destinations.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking information sent with your shipping confirmation, or visit our order tracking page.

What is the return policy?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email shop@guyaneseswag.com before sending anything back so the return can be reviewed and instructions provided.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away with the order number and photos so we can review the issue.
